How to Write an Op-Ed | with Emily Rodriguez, Communications and Advocacy Strategist

Emily Rodriguez is a communications and advocacy strategist with extensive experience in the NGO sector. Emily has focused on global democracy issues at think tanks and international organizations, including the National Democratic Institute (NDI). Prior, she worked in domestic politics, strategic communications, and organized labor for almost a decade. She has observed elections in Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa, and is a political partner with the Truman National Security Project and a Penn Kemble fellow at the National Endowment for Democracy. The Pennsylvania native holds a master’s degree in international development from Sciences Po Paris and a bachelor’s degree from American University’s School of International Service.
