Skills Challenges in Europe: Food for Thought from NC Community Colleges

Returning visiting EU Fellow Risto Raivio gives lecture on “Skills Challenges in Europe: Food for Thought from NC Community Colleges.” He is currently the Head of the Vocational Education and Training Policy Sector of the European Commission’s DG for Education and Culture. In the past, Raivio has lectured on European civil society organizations and the EU’s initiatives in fostering vocational training and life-long learning.
