The European and Transatlantic Agenda: Central European Priorities in the Post Covid-19 Environment

June 25, 2020 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

This virtual event is organized by the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA). For the most updated information and to register, visit their event page.

The covid-19 crisis has impacted member states’ priorities in the form of European integration and transatlantic relations. Where do the interests of Central Eastern European (CEE) countries converge and where do they differ? What are the priorities of CEE members for the next EU budget and economic recovery? How can CEE shape the geopolitical agenda of the incumbent EU Commission? How will the covid-19 pandemic impact future relations between the United States and the European Union, according to CEE? How can relations with European and U.S. partners be developed in the short, medium, and long terms? Where does the EU stand in a bipolar world that is being shaped by the United States and China?

Join CEPA and the GLOBSEC Policy Institute for a panel discussion on Central Eastern European priorities in a post-covid-19 world.
