Virtual Hamburg Network Conference

May 13, 2020 - May 20, 2020

This event is sponsored by Universität Hamburg. For the most updated information and to RSVP, please visit their conference web page.

On 13, 20, and 27 May Universität Hamburg wants to invite international partners to the first three HNC virtual meetings on the topic: “New Demands on Internationalization: Exchanging Experiences during the Corona Pandemic”.

Last year, Universität Hamburg successfully conducted the first Hamburg Networking Conference (HNC). This inspired supplementing the biennial HNC with regular virtual meetings to discuss developments in the internationalization of research and education. With the spread of COVID-19 and its impact on our daily lives, this idea was quickly put into practice.

In ninety-minute sessions organizers will share experiences, give best practice examples, and discuss insights on strategies for tackling the new demands on internationalization in academia.

The webinars will take place in Zoom. Registration is open to up to 2 representatives from each partner institution, including UNC-CH. Conference organizers request that participants register no later than 1 day before each meeting.
