ALBERTINE CINÉMATHÈQUE FILM SCREENING: La Panthère des neiges (The Velvet Queen)

Free public screenings of historic and contemporary French films. All screenings will have English subtitles. Doors open at 6:15, films begin at 6:30.

Sept. 13: Les Indes Gallantes (Gallantes Indies)

Sept. 15: Les 400 coups (The 400 Blows)

Sept. 20: Lingui, les liens sacrés (Lingui, the Sacred Bonds)

Sept. 28: Une histoire d’amour et de désir (A Tale of Love and Desire)

 

The event is co-sponsored by the UNC Department of History, African Studies Center, Department of English and Comparative Literature, Center for Middle East and Islamic Studies, and the Department of Women and Gender Studies.
