Join us to watch the 2022 LUX Audience Award-winning film, “Quo Vadis, Aida?” by Jasmila Žbanić. This film focuses on Aida, a translator for the United Nations in Srebrenica, during the summer of 1995. Aida’s family is among those seeking refuge at the UN encampment and with her access to the negotiations, Aida facing moral dilemmas of life and death.

A panel & discussion featuring a representative from the European Parliament Liaison Office (Washington, DC) and Jessie Barton Hronešová (Marie Sklodowska-Curie Global Fellow, UNC) will follow the film, along with a reception.
