Europe Week | Film Screening: Europe at Sea

Join CES for a public screening of the documentary “Europe at Sea” at the local Varsity Theatre on Franklin Street. The film is a powerful documentary the offers “a unique insight to the view from the top of the European Union, revealing how Europe is shaping up to face the challenges threatening its citizens’ security.” The film grants access to exclusive scenes with chief EU Diplomat Federica Mogherini and other EU power brokers through artfully filmed scenes. After the film, European Horizons at Carolina, a UNC student-lead think tank, will host a guided discussion about the film and coordinate EU foreign policy efforts. Panelists include TransAtlantic Masters student Gray Kinnier, Professor Maximilian Owre, EURO major Sofie Senecal, and political science graduate student Stephanie Shady.
