Covert Operations, Intelligence Analysis, and the Making of the CIA: Dynamic for Failure

“The U.S. in World Affairs: The Cold War and Beyond” lecture series is organized by the Department of History, in co-operation with the Center for European Studies and the Center for Slavic, Eurasian & Eastern European Studies at UNC. Five talks will be presented throughout the fall semester. Richard Immerman (Temple University) will lead the first lecture with his talk on “Covert Operations, Intelligence Analysis, and the Making of the CIA: A Dynamic for Failure.”
