What are the major debates that have shaped the European Union and continue to influence its future? This question is matched with much deliberation within Europe and its perimeters. At Carolina, we are honored to introduce a distinctive output for analyzing, debating, and proposing solutions to the issues that are effecting policymaking in Europe and beyond. European Horizons at Carolina is committed to providing an outlet for students and faculty to contribute to the salient discussion of European politics and is thankful to the UNC Center for European Studies for supporting this project.
